The most common question we get is "which length should I get?" Here's how to choose between the Full Length Haven (around 150cm shoulder-to-hem) and the Classic Haven (around 96cm) — both made with the same HavenFleece™ dual-layer construction.

Full Length Haven — when 150cm makes sense
Full Length is our flagship cut and the version most loyal customers come back for. It's the "I'm putting this on and I'm not taking it off" piece.
It works best for:
- Couch evenings — feet tucked up, full coverage, no draughty gap at the knees
- Reading in bed before sleep
- Cold winter mornings when you want to wrap into one continuous warm layer
- Anyone who runs cold all the time
- Heights from about 5'5" upward where it sits at the ankles rather than dragging

Classic Haven — when 96cm makes sense
The Classic Haven is the original cosy fit. Around 96cm shoulder-to-hem, it sits at upper thigh or hip. It's designed for movement.
It works best for:
- Wearing around the kitchen, walking between rooms, going up and down stairs
- School drop / pick-up where you don't want fabric dragging
- Anyone shorter than 5'2" who finds the Full Length too long to wear safely
- Anyone who finds Full Length too much fabric for moving around
- Layering — easier to wear over jeans or pyjama bottoms without bulk

Pocket and pocket-style differences
Both Full Length and Classic include pockets, but the style differs slightly:
- Full Length: deep dual front pockets — large enough for a drink in one hand and a phone in the other, lined to keep warm.
- Classic: kangaroo pocket (in pullover styles) — a single front pouch that's good for keeping both hands warm in the same spot.
If you carry a phone or remote regularly when wearing it, the Full Length's dual pockets are more practical.
Warmth — both use HavenFleece™ (same fabric)
This is the key thing: the warmth is the same. Both cuts use HavenFleece™ double-layer construction — soft fleece outer with a plush sherpa lining inside, the same across body, sleeves, and hood.
You're not choosing between a warmer and a less-warm version. You're choosing between more coverage area and less coverage area, with the same per-square-inch warmth.
That said, more fabric covering more of your body means a slightly warmer total experience with the Full Length — especially across the legs.
Quick decision rule
If you can only have one:
- You're mostly sitting / lying down when you'd wear it → Full Length
- You're mostly moving around when you'd wear it → Classic
- You're under 5'2" → Classic (avoid drag)
- You're always cold → Full Length
- You're buying it as a gift and don't know their use case → Full Length (it's the version most people end up wearing more)
