Hoodie Haven sells premium wearable products worldwide. This policy outlines when returns or refunds may be available, in line with applicable consumer laws.
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
This includes ordering an incorrect size, colour, or style, or deciding the item is no longer wanted.
Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
When Returns May Be Accepted
Returns may be accepted if an item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged on arrival
- Incorrectly supplied
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All tags and original packaging must be intact.
- Hygiene-sensitive items must remain sealed.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
Reporting an Issue
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Photo or video evidence is required for assessment.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If approved, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
This will be determined based on the issue and applicable laws.
Items that have been used, washed, or altered are not eligible.
Delivery Timeframes & Events
Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
We are unable to offer refunds for delays caused by carriers.
This includes orders intended for events, holidays, or gifts.
Cancellations
Orders are processed automatically after checkout.
Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A $20 handling fee applies to approved returns.
- Duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If a replacement is required, a new order must be placed.

Orders returned due to address errors are not refundable.
