Change of Mind / Returns / Refund Policy

This policy applies to all orders worldwide. Consumer law applies where required.

Wearable blankets are excluded from change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons and are not resold once delivered.


1) Order Cancellations

Orders are processed automatically once placed.

Cancellations are not guaranteed.

Cancellations are only possible before an order enters fulfilment.

Once processing or dispatch has begun, cancellation is not possible.

If a delivery intercept is attempted and fails, the order will continue to delivery.

Delivered orders fall under this Returns & Refunds Policy.

2) Wearable Blankets & Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on wearable blankets.

Wearable blankets are worn against the skin.

Once an item leaves our control, prior use or skin contact cannot be verified.

Wearable blankets are not resold once opened under any circumstances.

3) Discretionary Review (Unopened Items Only)

Any return request is reviewed strictly at our discretion.

Returns may only be considered if the item is completely unopened.

The product must remain in its original vacuum-sealed packaging.

Removal from sealed packaging constitutes use.

Trying on an item is considered use.

Tags or re-packaging do not override hygiene restrictions.

4) Accepted Returns

Returns are accepted only for:

  • manufacturing defects
  • items damaged on arrival
  • incorrect items supplied

Examples include broken zips, split seams, or construction faults.

Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Clear photos or videos are required.

5) Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns are not accepted for change of mind or personal preference.

Returns are not accepted for sizing or fit expectations.

Pattern placement varies due to fabric cutting.

Design orientation may differ between items.

This variation is normal and not a defect.

Colour variation due to screens or lighting is not a fault.

Worn, washed, altered, or used items are not returnable.

Orders delayed but delivered are not refundable.

6) Product Information & Sizing

Measurements and product details are provided on our website.

Product images are representative only.

Fit and size selection are the customer’s responsibility.

7) Return Approval & Process

All returns must be submitted and approved via our returns portal.

Unapproved returns are refused.

Return-to-sender parcels are not accepted.

Items that fail inspection may be rejected.

8) Return Postage & Fees

Customers are responsible for return postage unless required by law.

Approved returns may incur handling or restocking fees.

9) Refunds

Refunds apply to the product price only.

Shipping, duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval.

10) Shipping & Tracking

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Tracking updates occur only when scanned by the carrier.

Lack of scans does not indicate lack of movement.

11) Failed Deliveries & Lost Parcels

Missed or failed deliveries are not refundable.

Parcels are not considered lost until confirmed by the carrier.

12) Customer Conduct

We provide respectful and professional support.

Abusive or harassing communication is not tolerated.

We may pause or cease communication where conduct is unreasonable.

This does not affect statutory consumer rights.
