Change of Mind / Returns / Refund Policy

This policy applies to all orders worldwide. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

HYGIENE & USE POLICY – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Wearable blankets are worn directly against the skin. For hygiene and health protection reasons, once the vacuum-sealed packaging is opened, the item is considered used and is not eligible for return or refund for change of mind.

Opening the vacuum seal constitutes acceptance of the product for hygiene purposes.

Items returned opened, worn, washed, altered, or not in resalable condition may be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense (or disposed of where return is not possible), unless required by law.


1) Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing automatically after purchase. Cancellations are not guaranteed.

If fulfilment, packing, or dispatch has commenced, cancellation is not possible.

Once delivered, this Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

2) Change of Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are considered only for items that are:

  • Completely unopened
  • Vacuum seal intact and unbroken
  • In original, resalable condition

Trying on an item, opening the seal, or re-folding into packaging constitutes use and voids eligibility for change-of-mind return.

3) Accepted Returns (Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect Items)

Returns are accepted where:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • The item arrived damaged
  • An incorrect item was supplied

Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence.

Where a product is confirmed faulty or not as described, remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law.

4) Return Approval Required

All returns must be submitted via our returns portal and approved prior to sending.

Unapproved returns may be refused.

Return location is determined by us after assessment. Items sent to an incorrect address may be rejected.

5) Return-to-Sender & Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us by the carrier and arrives unopened and in resalable condition, we may offer:

  • Reshipment (shipping fee applies), or
  • Refund of the product price only after inspection.

Carrier return fees, original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.

If a parcel is abandoned, disposed of, or destroyed by the carrier and not returned to us, a refund or replacement cannot be guaranteed.

6) Return Postage & Fees

Customers are responsible for return postage unless required by law.

Where permitted by law, handling or restocking fees may apply to approved discretionary returns.

7) Refunds

Refunds apply to the product price only.

If your order included “free shipping”, the outbound shipping cost incurred by us is not refundable.

Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and carrier fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval where applicable.

8) Delivery & Tracking

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Tracking updates occur when scanned by the carrier.

Delivery is considered complete when confirmed by the carrier.

9) Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Missed deliveries, unclaimed parcels, refused shipments, or insufficient addresses are not refundable.

10) Customer Conduct

We provide respectful, professional support. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour may result in communication being limited.
