Shipping & Delivery Policy
When will my order be processed?
We process orders Monday through Friday. Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped the next business day after processing. During peak times, such as holidays or sales events, processing times may take longer. While we strive to minimize delays, extended processing times during these periods are outside of our control.
For pre-orders, the estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they may or may not ship together depending on stock availability and logistics. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, orders generally take 7–10 business days (excluding weekends) to arrive, depending on your location and local carrier efficiency. These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen delays.
Hoodie Haven works with distribution centers worldwide to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Your order will ship from the location best suited to deliver it quickly, and we’ll keep you updated with tracking details throughout the process.
Why Might My Items Arrive Separately?
To ensure faster delivery, Hoodie Haven ships from multiple warehouses worldwide. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking numbers. We’ll notify you as each item is shipped to keep you updated.
Shipping Costs and Taxes
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Any applicable taxes are included in the product price. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees imposed by local authorities.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.
Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Hoodie Haven is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the following applies:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Additional shipping fees will apply for re-shipping the package to the corrected address.
- If the customer does not wish to have the package re-shipped, a refund for the product may be issued at Hoodie Haven’s discretion, minus the original shipping costs and any return handling fees.
To avoid delays or issues, we encourage customers to carefully review their shipping details before completing their order.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at help@hoodiehaven.com. We’ll promptly investigate the issue and work with the shipping carrier to resolve it. While occasional delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues, Hoodie Haven is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
Covered Shipping: Protect Your Order
For added peace of mind, Hoodie Haven offers a Covered Shipping option at checkout. If selected, this service protects your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If an issue arises, we’ll replace your item or issue a refund promptly.
If Covered Shipping is not purchased, customers waive the right to hold Hoodie Haven liable for issues caused by shipping carriers or customs delays once the package has been dispatched. We will still assist with tracking and guidance but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement without this additional coverage.
What If My Package Is Marked as Delivered?
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, we recommend the following:
- Check the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Look around your property or ask neighbors and building managers if they accepted it on your behalf.
- Contact your local post office or carrier for additional details.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Hoodie Haven is not liable for lost or stolen items unless Covered Shipping was purchased. If Covered Shipping was selected, please contact us, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Tracking Your Package
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please note that updates may not occur in real-time and may take longer for international shipments. Tracking updates typically become available once your package reaches the local postal system.
