Fraud & Chargeback Policy
This policy explains Hoodie Haven’s position on fraud claims and chargebacks. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Authorised Use
By completing checkout, the customer confirms that the payment method used is authorised and that all order and shipping details are accurate.
Unauthorised / Fraud Claims
Orders placed using valid payment credentials and delivered to the address entered at checkout are not considered fraud.
Claims of unauthorised use made after confirmed delivery are treated as chargeback misuse.
Proof of Delivery
We rely on carrier-confirmed delivery records, GPS scans, and delivery photographs.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Delivery to the address provided completes our delivery obligation.
Multiple Item Orders
Delivery of one or more items from an order confirms fulfilment of that order.
Chargebacks
All chargebacks are actively contested.
Evidence may include tracking records, delivery photos, IP data, checkout confirmations, and customer correspondence.
Abuse of the Chargeback Process
False or misleading chargeback claims may be reported to payment providers and dispute services.
Post-Chargeback Action
If a chargeback is resolved against us despite proof of delivery, the matter may be escalated to external legal representatives for recovery and review.
This may include debt recovery action and further reporting of chargeback misuse.
Contact Requirement
Customers are expected to contact us before filing a chargeback.
Failure to do so does not invalidate delivery or fulfilment.
